Refund Policy

All sales made through Pep520 are final. Payments submitted to Pep520 are non-refundable unless otherwise approved in writing by Pep520 in its sole discretion.

If a refund is approved, a non-refundable and non-negotiable 10% restocking fee will apply. Pep520 reserves the right to limit product quantities, delay shipments, refuse service, cancel orders, or decline shipment at any time and for any reason permitted by applicable law.

Customers agree to contact Pep520 directly regarding any billing concerns or disputes prior to initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or credit card disputes. Failure to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the matter directly with Pep520 may result in refusal of future service.

Pep520 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, inaccurate payment information, unauthorized transactions, or violations of applicable laws or company policies. Pep520 may request additional verification of customer identity, billing information, or payment authorization prior to processing any order. If an order is canceled or not processed, Pep520 will issue a refund only for charges collected for unfulfilled orders.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment from Pep520’s facility. Shipping and delivery timeframes provided by Pep520 are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Returns, Replacements, and Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, Pep520 does not accept returns.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances unless otherwise required by law:

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” 
• Opened, used, altered, or tampered products 
• Products reported after the replacement request period 
• Products improperly stored, mishandled, or damaged after delivery 

Pep520 may, at its sole discretion, authorize a replacement or store credit for products confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective.

To request review of a damaged or defective product claim, customers must contact within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide the following:

• Order Number 
• Lot Number 
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product and packaging 

All claims are subject to review, verification, and product availability. Approval of any replacement or store credit is at the sole discretion of Pep520. Pep520 reserves the right to deny any claim that does not comply with this policy.
